Here is a make up look for spring which I did the other day whilst trying out L’OREAL INFALLIBLE foundation for the first time. This make up look is very easy to achieve and I like how fresh it looks and it took me like 5 minutes to apply, which is amazing.
I’ve started with the Make Up For Ever Step 1 moisturising primer, I feel like it really works at replenishing my skin and making my skin nice and soft.
I then applied the foundation, using Sephora mineral Powder Brush. Let me just take a minute to tell you how I feel about the foundation; it’s mattifying but it doesn’t make my skin look or feel dry. It gets a little shiny after a few hours around my T-zone but not nearly as oily as it usually does. My foundation is in the shade 11 Vanilla and at the moment it matches me perfectly, although I will have to mix it once I do fake tanning again. But in a nutshell – I love it! Will continue to use it and report back to you guys. You can also see me apply this foundation in a recent video that I’ve posted here.
Back to the makeup application, after the foundation I quickly applied some concealer under my eyes and around my nose area.
I’ve been using Make Up For Ever concealer pallet on myself and my clients for a such a long time now; I love them so much, full coverage but so blendable. I applied it with Real Technique Deluxe crease brush and blended it with the Beauty Blender.
I then decided to go with the cream blush from MAC Cosmetics in LadyBlush, it’s so natural looking in a lovely colour and super comfortable to wear. Little bit of highlighter on top of my cheekbones, The Balm’s Mari-Louminser, along with some bronzer by Make Up For Ever.
Onto the eye make up – I ran the same bronzer through my crease to add light dimension, and on my lid I dabbed some cream eyeshadow by Make Up For Ever n13 Warm Beige, using the Real Techniques Deluxe crease brush.
Quick coat of mascara, Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash, I love how black and lengthening it is. After couple of minutes thinking about what to do with my brows, I’ve decided to keep them natural and picked some Lingering eyebrow pencil by MAC Cosmetics.
I finished off with a very light pink lipstick by MAC Cosmetic from their long lasting range, Unlimited.
